The Whitley Hotel is once again welcoming guests. Please see below for further details on what areas are open or closed.

As always, the health and safety of our guests and associates remains our top priority and we are proud to be going above and beyond all state and health department guidelines to ensure the strictest standards are in place.

Our associates are wearing gloves and masks. Hand sanitizer available for guests throughout the hotel. Social Distancing signage displayed throughout pubic space. We have also implemented new cleaning operations per Marriott's guidelines. Our hotel is still awaiting delivery of Electrostatic Sprayers and Door Seals at this time.

The Whitley Hotel leadership teams are in regular contact with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as state and local health departments and other global health organizations to make sure our staff have the most up-to-the-minute information to verify the actions we’re taking are comprehensive and appropriate.

The Whitley Hotel is once again welcoming guests for overnight stays and for meetings/events. 

Our Bar is open weekdays from 5pm-10pm and until 11pm on Friday and Saturday.

A Grab and Go breakfast is available Friday, Saturday and Sunday,

7am-10am and a Grab and Go Dinner 5pm-10pm, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Valet is available at $45 a night and Self-Parking at $15.

We are currently not offering In Room Dining and our Club Lounge is closed. 

In addition our Fitness Center, Pool and Spa are also currently closed.

Please contact us if you have any concerns, we are offering a flexible policy due to Covid-19

For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates that are typically more restrictive, we will allow full changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival,* as long as the change or cancellation is made by June 30, 2020. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

For guests making new reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates, between today and June 30, 2020, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date.* Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
